    That chicken didnt marinate properly. Maybe dice it before marinating it so that the flavor is evenly distributed and also what happened to the garam marsala?

      Not working with hands in the kitchen is an immediate failure with me. In your case, mix all the spices with yoghurt first and then pour it over the chicken.

          Is it Ok to cook what ever left from the yogurt with the Sauce ? or put the yogurt inside the bowl with the chicken in the oven ? or do I need to get rid from the Yogurt that has been marinated when I put the chicken in the oven or the pan ?

                                              Great video. Im not some kind of critic but i realize that we humans can sometimes get nervous. I understand why some need to use tongs but at one point when you were putting the cut chicken in, for a small moment, you used your hands instead and kind of forgot the formality of the tongs.

                                              It was in that moment that i felt a sense of home and authenticity. A sense of that was how your mom taught you and her mom taught her, etc, etc.

                                              Thats what i look for when watching videos like yours. Its these little things that i want to duplicate in my cooking.

                                                Wonder if she cleaned her cutting board before she slapped the cooked chicken on it? Wouldn’t want to get food poisoning from the onions that were on there prior to the chicken.

                                                        Good recipe. A few tips: Cut chicken first before marinating, it exposes more surface area to be seasoned, also mix spices together first then sprinkle over the chicken (much easier) :)

                                                                    Marinates better if you cube chicken first. Marinate for at least an hour. Needs fenugreek. Use ghee instead of oil. Grind up raw cashew nuts into a powder and mix in with a can of chopped diced tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. It all should be orange and not red when done.

                                                                            You lost me soon as you mixed the marinade after adding the full chicken breasts, not chopped? I stayed with you anyway. Overcooked the chicken and said it was OK as its going into the sauce,, really? At least twice you mentioned being sick at the table,, Mmmm. Left out a couple spices,, background music a distraction,, probably not a bad thing,, 😔😔👎

                                                                                You should have pounded out the chicken breasts so one part isn't thick and the other end thin. You don't want part to be over cooked or the thick part under cooked.

                                                                                  Personally, I would have diced the chicken before marinating. What spices are added including fenugreek leaves, is a personal choice.
